At Village Savor Organic, we strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
- Unopened & Unused: Products must be in their original packaging, unopened, and unused.
- Perishables Exception: Due to the perishable nature of food items, we accept returns only if the Product is damaged, expired upon delivery, or otherwise defective.
- Return Request: To initiate a return, email us at satheesh1034@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your Order number
- Photos clearly showing the defect or damage
- Reason for return
2. Return Process
- Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will review it and email you within 2 business days with instructions. Do not send any Products back without authorization—unauthorized returns may be refused.
- Shipping the Return:
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label if the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged Product).
- If the return is for reasons other than our error (e.g., you changed your mind), you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
- Inspection & Approval: Once we receive the returned Product, we will inspect it. If the item meets the return criteria, your return is approved.
3. Refunds & Store Credit
- Refund Type: All approved refunds are issued as Site credit to your Village Savor Organic account. We do not process direct cash or card refunds.
- Credit Timeline: Once your return is approved, we will credit your account within 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when credit is issued.
- Using Site Credit: Site credit can be applied to any future purchase on https://villagesavororganic.com. Credits do not expire but cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Partial Refunds: If only a portion of your Order is returned (e.g., you purchased multiple items but returned one), you will receive credit for the eligible item(s) only.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Opened or partially used consumable products (e.g., scooped health mix, partially used oil bottles)
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product detail page
5. Cancellations
- Order Cancellation by You: You may cancel an Order before it has been processed (i.e., before it’s handed to the courier). Contact us immediately at satheesh1034@gmail.com. If the Order has already shipped, you must follow the Return process above.
- Order Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel any Order at our discretion (e.g., out-of-stock, pricing errors). If we cancel, you will receive a full refund as Site credit within 7 business days.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange, please return the original Product (see Return Process) and place a new Order for the desired item.
