Shipping Policy

We currently ship to all states and union territories within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.
Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a business day are processed the same day; orders placed after 2:00 PM IST are processed the next business day.

We partner with reputable courier services to deliver your Products:

Dispatch Time: Once your Order is processed (1–2 business days), it is handed over to the courier.
Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your Order ships. You can track delivery status via the courier’s website.

Remote Locations: Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take an additional 2–3 days.
Weather & Force Majeure: Natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events may delay delivery. We are not liable for these delays, but we will notify you as soon as possible.
Wrong Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Additional charges may apply for re-deliveries due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts.

Lost Shipments: If tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your package, please contact us at satheesh1034@gmail.com within 7 days so we can investigate with the courier.
Damaged Products: If you receive damaged or defective items, keep all original packaging and photos of damage, then email us within 48 hours at satheesh1034@gmail.com with your Order number and pictures. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a credit in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.
