1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://villagesavororganic.com (the “Site”) and any purchases of products (the “Products”) from Village Savor Organic (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the Site.
2. Definitions
- Customer / You / Your: Anyone accessing or purchasing from the Site.
- Products: Organic health mixes, cold-pressed oils, and related items available on the Site.
- Order: Your request to purchase one or more Products via the Site.
3. Accounts & Registration
- Account Creation
- To place an Order, you may create an account by providing accurate name, email, phone number, and address.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
- Account Information
- You agree to keep your profile details current.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for fraudulent or abusive activity.
4. Placing & Accepting Orders
- Order Process
- When you submit an Order, you offer to buy Products at the prices displayed.
- An email confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not confirm acceptance.
- Acceptance occurs when payment is successfully processed and the Product ships.
- Pricing & Availability
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Prices and stock levels can change without notice. If an error is discovered after you order, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed with corrected details or cancel.
- Cancellation by You
- You may cancel before we process (ship) the Order by emailing satheesh1034@gmail.com.
- Once an Order has shipped, you must follow our Return Policy (see “Refund and Return Policy”).
- Cancellation by Us
- We may refuse or cancel any Order at our discretion (e.g., out-of-stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud).
- If we cancel, any payment made will be credited to your Site account within 7 business days.
5. Payment Terms
- Methods
- We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), UPI, and net banking.
- All payments must be authorized and received before shipment.
- Security
- We use SSL encryption to protect payment data. We do not store full card details on our servers.
- You are responsible for any bank or transaction fees applied by your payment provider.
- Taxes
- Prices exclude any duties or import taxes for international shipments. (Currently, we ship only within India.)
6. Shipping & Delivery

- Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
- Standard Shipping: 4–7 days after dispatch; ₹50 for orders under ₹499, free for orders ≥ ₹499.
- Express Shipping: 2–3 days after dispatch; ₹150 flat rate (where available).
- Tracking: We email your tracking number once the Order ships.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Additional fees may apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect address.
7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

- Return Window: 7 days from delivery for unopened, unused items or damaged/defective perishables.
- Refund Type: All approved refunds are issued as Site credit within 7 business days of approval.
- No Cash/Card Refunds: We do not process cash or bank refunds—only Site credit.
- Exchanges: Not directly offered; please return the original Product and place a new Order.
8. Product Information & Usage
- Accuracy of Descriptions
- We strive to display accurate product images, descriptions, and nutritional details.
- Minor variations may occur; you acknowledge these tolerances when you purchase.
- Allergy & Dietary Warnings
- Always check ingredient labels if you have food allergies or sensitivities.
- Village Savor Organic is not liable for adverse reactions to any ingredients.
9. Intellectual Property
- All text, graphics, logos, images, and other content on the Site are our property or used under license.
- You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our written permission.
10. User Conduct
- You agree not to:
- Use the Site for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
- Interfere with or disrupt Site operations or servers.
- Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.
- Collect other users’ data without consent.
Violations may result in account suspension or legal action.

12. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates are not liable for:

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically the courts in Tamil Nadu.
- Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved via good-faith negotiation. If that fails, the dispute will be brought to the appropriate court in Tamil Nadu.
15. Changes to These Terms
- We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect changes.
- Continued use of the Site after modifications means you accept the new Terms.
